Returns

We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your Viyella purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please return any item to us in its original condition, within 60 days of receipt, and we will gladly refund the cost of the goods or exchange them if required.

You can return items to us FREE OF CHARGE through your local Post Office (except in the Channel Islands and overseas where return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer). A pre-paid returns label will accompany your order and can be used at your nearest post office. For further details please refer to the back of the despatch note enclosed in your parcel.

If a return was originally purchased with a credit note or gift voucher, we can only offer a credit to your Viyella account as reimbursement.

Sale Returns

Sale items can be returned within 30 days of receipt to obtain a refund or exchange. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service on sale items and return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We would recommend that you return sale items by registered post and obtain proof of postage.

If you need to return any item to us, please complete the returns form on the back of your despatch note and enclose it in your parcel. If you are requesting an exchange please complete the form on the reverse of your despatch note. Securely wrap your parcel and, using the pre-paid address label for non-sale items, send it to: Viyella, Free Post, DY380, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 4BF, United Kingdom. We want you to be entirely happy with your order, therefore any replacement items will be sent to you free of Postage & Packing charges.
