Total liability for any claim against British Van Heusen Ltd, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by the Van Heusen / Viyella Collections to the customer.

English law applies to all orders placed on this website, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.

Product Prices

All product prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage and packing charges, unless otherwise specified. All product prices advertised on this website are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. Van Heusen will only accept orders if there are no errors in the prices of the products ordered, as advertised on this website. Van Heusen reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Product Specifications

We have taken every care to ensure that the description and specifications of our clothes are correct at the time of going to press. However, slight variations may occur. Colour reproduction in our printed catalogues is as close as the printing process allows, however there may be more variation on the website due to the specific settings of individual monitors and software. All measurements are approximate.

Product Sale & Purchase

A contract between British Van Heusen Ltd and the customer for the supply of products by British Van Heusen Ltd to the customer comes into effect once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched by British Van Heusen Ltd.
All orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order via our website and emailed confirmation to our customer of receipt of an order do not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfilment of an order.

A customer's credit or debit card will not be charged for an item until it is despatched by British Van Heusen Ltd, where appropriate this will include a non-refundable charge for postage & packing.

Every effort is made to ensure that our estimated delivery times are met; however occasionally delays in delivery due to unforeseen factors are inevitable. British Van Heusen Ltd shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods within our estimated delivery times.

Product Return & Exchange

You are entitled to return goods for refund within 30 days of delivery of those goods and this will be construed as the cancellation of your order or part of your order. You will be responsible for the return of goods upon cancellation of your order. Following receipt of the returned goods a full refund of the purchase price of the item will be issued by the same payment method as that used to originally pay for the goods.

If goods on which a discount/offer was originally received are returned, that discount/offer may no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.

If a returned item was bought as a gift, only the original payer can be refunded. If you require an exchange on a gift item we cannot prevent the payer from knowing.
If goods returned were originally purchased with a credit note or gift voucher, we can only offer a credit to your Artigiano account as reimbursement.

In an exchange, if the new item costs less we will reimburse you with the difference. If the new item costs more additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage & packing charge for despatch of exchanged goods.
